Previously, in 2016, he served as Director General of the National Chamber of the Laundry and Dry Cleaning Industry, where he successfully executed a comprehensive administrative turnaround strategy, expanded the membership base, and revitalized the sector's corporate image and industry representation.
A cornerstone of his career is his extensive expertise in public sector administration and SME consulting. As Deputy Director at ASERCA-SAGARPA (2010), he designed specialized training programs to drive the internationalization of the agro-industrial sector. Between 2003 and 2007, serving as Director at the Undersecretariat of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (Ministry of Economy), he contributed to the formulation of public policies focused on business incubation and technological innovation, while also acting as the Technical Secretary of the SME Fund. Concurrently, from 2008 to 2018, he operated as a Senior Consultant, successfully advising on over 30 corporate projects to secure funding from public grants administered by Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnologia (National Council for Science and Technology) named CONACYT and the Ministry of Economy.

Furthermore, his profile is enriched by a distinguished track record in international relations and an active presence in digital media. As Director of International Relations at Confederacion de Camaras Nacionales de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo “Mexico 's Confederation of the National Chambers of Commerce” named CONCANACO (1995-1999), he forged strategic ties between Mexico and chambers of commerce across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. He subsequently served as Director General of the Mexico-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (2000-2003), where he led its refounding and strategic relaunch. Currently, he expands his professional footprint as the Producer and Host of the digital television program "Voces del CEM" on WOWmx.TV (since July 2025).
